ECM VP-D

Job Responsibilities:

• Be able to expand and maintain relationship with professional investors and institutional investors (including fund house, family offices and private equity funds etc);
• Assist and participate in marketing activities including but not limit to non-deal roadshow or communication with investors as well as execution during projects;
• Implementing marketing activities and provide sale support for various IPO and secondary market placement projects;
• Channel market information flow and industry news, as well as the latest developments in the financial markets to the clients in a timely manner; and
• Work closely with internal business departments and back office

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor degree or above. Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Business administration, Economics, Law or related academic;
• At least 5 years of solid experience in institutional sales ，ECM, IBD with good analytical skills and experience in capital market activities;
• Holder of SFC’s license for Regulated Activity - Type 1
• Familiarize with domestic and foreign capital markets, as well as listing-related regulatory requirements, listing rules, and trading systems;
• Strong judgment ability in investment and negotiation, familiar with the operation procedure of equity investment, and have extensive interpersonal relationships and investor networks in the industry; and
• Good command and problem-solving skills, and good written and spoken English and Chinese
