Our client, a najor Chinese investment bank, is looking for Equity Sales candidates to join its Institutional Sales team.

Job Description

  • Explore and acquire new clients for equity businesses.
  • Deliver sales results for proactive account management.
  • Work closely together with other teams, including IBD, ECM and DCM to conduct sales for related products.
  • Launch and sustain trading relationship with existing and prospective institutional clients.
  • Conduct financial analysis on specific securities and write investment proposals.



  • University degree or above in business administration, finance or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, client relationship or business development in equity market.  Salary and title will commensurate with the candidate’s experience.
  • Eligible to be licensed under SFC in dealing in securities.
  • Excellent knowledge in investment and securities products.
  • Team player, self-motivated, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in fast paced environment.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
