Provide secretarial and administrative support to a group of Bankers (10 - 12 bankers) in Hong Kong.
Key objectives and outputs:
- Full secretarial support to a range of senior bankers as well as junior bankers
- Extensive diary management and coordination across the population
- Organize meetings and assist with agenda
- Assist bankers track and follow through on client meeting and logging CRM info
- Organize domestic and international travel arrangements, cabs and visas for business trips
- Liaise with other regions to arrange inter-office visits including security access, desk allocation, PC login, staff/client meetings, and remind bankers of cross-border registration
- Coordinate and maintain holiday schedule for the team to ensure no operational outages
Working background/experience:
- Experience working as a Personal Assistant/Secretary within a banking environment
- Team player, ability to work with others, confident
- Pro-active, focused hard worker, willing to “go the extra mile”
- Highly organized and excellent attention to detail
Education/qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above
- Extensive experience with MS Office packages particularly PowerPoint & Excel and advanced knowledge of Outlook
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Ability to deal comfortably with all levels of management within the organization
- 5 - 10 years of EA experience in a banking industry
