Executive Secretary
Role Responsibilities
Secretarial & Administrative Support

Provide high level quality secretarial and administrative support to the ED & Head, Region, Distribution Network
  • Perform day to day secretarial support.
  • Provide administrative support to the teams.
  • Prepare/Coordinate the preparation of business documents.
  • Organization, filing and distribution of office materials.
  • Scheduling of appointments, coordination of meeting and actively managing the calendar of the Region Heads, DN
  • Arrange the logistics for events for team level communication/ townhall/ engagement lunch etc.
  • Arrange /prepare logistic matters of business trips including air ticket, hotel accommodation, visa and transportation.
  • Visitor and telephone screening and handling of both internal and external correspondence.
  • Coordination of internal matters and consolidation of various reports.
  • Perform ad hoc assignments as required.
