Executive Team Assistant/Coordinator, Investor Relations, Global Buyout Fund, Hong Kong
About our client Our client is a leading global investment firm with offices worldwide. They have a well established Investor Relations team based in Hong Kong and they are now keen to hire someone to provide wider support to the team.
What the job involves You are expected to provide support to the Investor Relations team by:
- Calendar & CRM management - logging client calls/meeting notes, updating client profiles, preparing ad hoc reports, setting up client meetings and calls for the Investor Relations team
- Planning and coordination of roadshows
- To provide client/LP coverage support - follow up after client calls/ meetings, send updates on fund performance and fundraising status to clients, mass mailing to prospective clients
- Coordinate with the Project Management team to complete LP due diligence requests in a timely manner
- Strategic mapping of key Asian investors and identify new prospect clients and obtain contact points
Who we are looking for - Minimum five years' of experience providing support to the investor relations teams / fundraising teams / client services teams at private equity funds, alternative fund managers, asset managers or placement agents in Hong Kong
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel
- Bachelor's degree required
- Full fluency / near native in English
