FP&A Assistant Manager, Regional Non-life Insurer

Responsibilities:

• Drive the annual planning process and perform effective expenses management
• Monitor cost allocation, data quality and consistency of all financials
• Collect the inputs coming from the underwriting/claims department assuring the consistency with the business targets
• Set up a monthly P&L by Country and a quarterly management reporting document
• Monitor the expense spending per each business unit, including expenses approval
• Manage risk-adjusted methodology and P&C guidelines, actuarial valuations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or other relevant disciplines
• At least 4 years of related work experience in FP&A function within insurance industry, non-life insurance business exposure will be a big plus
• Less experience will be considered as a Senior Analyst
• Excellent command of spoken English, AND good command of Cantonese
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of BI tools will be an absolute advantage but not a must
