FUND OVERSIGHT / FUND ACCOUNTING - MANAGER / ASSISTANT MANAGER

Our client is an international asset management firm with an unparalleled reputation across the Asia Pacific region. With the continued growth of the organization, the need has arisen to recruit a high calibre candidate to join them.
Semi-annual/annual financial statement production and review. Managing and coordinating all audits across the funds. Review the workflow of Management/ advisory/ trailer/ performance fees, Total Expense Ratios (TERs), Monthly & Quarterly and Annual Dividend Distributions (e.g. NDI/ Capital splits & annualized dividend yields), Monitor and process payments of fees and fund expenses. Work closely with Operations, Investment Controllers, Product, Legal and/or other Functions on new agreements, fee income, expenses, and other business & operational issues. Support the in any projects and initiatives.
To be considered, you should be a degree holder in with a minimum of 3 years experience in financial reporting for investment funds, prior audit experience in Big 4 firms strongly preferred. Good IFRS/ HKFRS/ Lux GAAP and regulatory financial reporting knowledge in investment funds including tax related issues. Experience within a fund accounting environment involving dividend distribution and fee calculations. Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
