Our client is a Hong Kong based conglomerate with solid APAC existence. Due to internal promotion and restructuring, they are currently looking for talents in FP&A to cope with their business expansion. Reporting to the Group Chairman, the role is responsible for the Finance Planning & Analysis activities partnering with various business units and Director their teams.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the financial planning & forecasting for Group companies
- Deliver insightful analysis and drive regular business performance reviews
- Partner with the other members in the leadership team to formulate strategies for delivering against financial targets
- Clear and effective communication across multiple groups of stakeholders
- Provide robust tracking of financials to ensure variances are understood and risks and opportunities are identified and managed in a timely manner
- Collaborate with finance & cross-functional teams to support both local and regional initiatives
- Drive changes to improve and automate processes where possible
Job Requirements
- CPA, ACCA or equivalent fully qualified
- 15 years' experience in a finance business analyst/partnering or FP&A role
- A proactive and inquisitive mindset with strong collaborative and influencing skills
- Strong financial acumen & analytical skills with an ability to work in the detail and also see the big picture
- Ability to translate large amounts of data into clear actionable insights
- Process improvement experience, with an 'automation mindset'
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to operate in a highly flexible, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organisation
