Financial Controller - Private Equity

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for regional financial reporting by reviewing monthly financial packages and quarterly consolidation
• Reviewed regulatory filings to SFC and MAS for licensed corporations in Hong Kong and Singapore
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors
• Participate in the budgeting and forecasting process
• Lead the consolidation process for multiple entities
• Assist with the preparation of financial disclosures and footnotes for external reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance
• Qualified CPA or equivalent
• 10+ years of experience in corporate accounting and consolidation
• Prefer candidates with Big 4 background + private equity/ asset management/ banking industry
• Strong financial reporting skills and experience with GAAP and IFRS
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
