Financial Controller (FMCG)

• Manage and lead the finance and accounting team including credit control
• Lead and review the preparation of timely and quality management reports, financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow
• Direct and drive assessment, prepare financial planning and analysis in relation to various strategic initiatives and investment projects
• Business modeling for organic and external growth opportunities
• Review and ensure all policies and procedures are in compliance with internal and external regulatory control requirements, statutory regulations, and standards
• Identify and implement ongoing operational improvement, procedures enhancement, and cost efficiency
• Liaise with external business partners, auditors, banks, legal and tax advisors
• Review and manage all areas of sales credit control including billing and reports
   

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting & Finance or related discipline with ACCA or HKICPA qualification.
• Minimum 15 years’ working experience with at least 8 years at the managerial level
• Proficient in HK Financial Reporting Standards and Tax regulations. Experience in a publicly listed company would be an advantage.
• Strong business acumen, sound, resourceful and analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external parties
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
