Financial Controller (Senior Director)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial accounting and reporting
• Lead expense management and expense model review
• Lead financial operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Develop and maintain financial forecasts and budgets
• Prepare management information decks for board meetings and present to board of directors/shareholders
• Manage a team of 30 staffs, including direct and indirect reports from accounting and other operation and business support functions
• Collaborate with the business development team business initiatives
• Review and identify area of improvement for finance operation and MI data flow, propose automation solutions
• Ensure smooth functioning of support functions

Key Requirements:

• Finance or Accounting Degree/Master Degree holder with proven track record as a Head of Finance, Financial Controller or similar role
• A recognized CPA qualification is necessary
• Profound knowledge in relevant regulations and control frameworks
• Experience in working close with C-suite Officers and senior board members
• Prior exposure to fund services or pension industry is an advantage
• Track record of leadership experience – ability to manage sizable teams and receiving reporting line from individual department heads
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
