Our client is an esteemed global real estate investment and asset manager with a large portfolio which is looking for a Fund Management Analyst to provide analytical support for investment performance improvement. Responsibilities include collaborating on portfolio management projects, developing financial models, and ensuring operational efficiency through data analysis. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and relevant industry experience.

Main Responsibilities:

Provide analytical support to internal management for investment performance improvement.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on portfolio management projects.
Develop and enhance corporate, financial, and valuation models.
Source, clean, and analyze data for operational efficiency.
Prepare accurate analytics for quarterly investor reports and internal requests.
Manage valuation of the investment portfolio.
Coordinate portfolio management section of investor reports.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Commerce, Accounting, or Economics.
At least 1 year of relevant industry and financial modeling experience from international platform
Good English language proficiency
Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in MS Excel and valuation models.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
