A renowned Asset Manager specializing in Private Equity investments is looking for an Assistant Manager / Manager level candidate to join their fund reporting team
Duties:
1. Support investment team and setup of new funds as required 2. Co-ordinate the preparation of capital call and distribution notices, as well as capital account statements to investors 3. Verify P&L report submitted by fund administrators 4. Responsible for financial reporting of asset management business, including PE funds, fixed income funds and equity funds 5. Provide support to investment team by updating consolidated investment list as well as preparation of investment portfolios and reports in a timely manner 6. Enhance investor reporting protocol and format 7. Work closely with third party service providers such as external auditors, tax consultants and compliance team
Requirements:
* Qualified Accountant with formal training from audit firm; Preferably with 2+ years in house experience gained from asset management or fund administration firms * Experience in fund operations and investment reporting
* Advanced Excel knowledge required, VBA and / or other programming languages would be an advantage * Take ownership and responsibility and to be able to multi-task with minimal supervision
