Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate transformation strategy and partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project delivery plans are feasible, aligned and delivered against program objectives
  • Drive program and change initiatives across the business to ensure the success of the program delivery
  • Support senior managements to monitor and steer progress, to influence stakeholders and with best practices and tactful advices to make strategic decisions
  • Strategize stakeholders and cross-team’s communications to drive fruitful meetings and outcomes
  • Promote and support collaboration across teams to ensure cohesiveness and create a positive transformation engagement
  • Vigilant and thorough vendor management from research and sources, pricing quotations, contract negotiations, capabilities and performance evaluation, relationship management, quality assurance and on time delivery
  • Perform as a function bridge amongst external vendors as well as internal stakeholders
  • Constant data review and analysis to identify gaps/opportunities in processes and workflow, and recommend remediation to minimize risks and drive continuous improvements
  • Create and monitor appropriate metrics and reporting to continuously provide a clear, timely and precise update on project progress and deliverables to stakeholders
  • Ensure governance mechanisms and policies are in place to manage and mitigate business, program and projects risks. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop the required policies if required
  • Assist with talent acquisition, organization structure and resources planning
  • Develop, coach and manage the project team to optimize capabilities to achieve successful program delivery
  • Be accountable in monitoring projects schedules, budgets and costs


  • Solid experience in leading large-scale digital transformations projects in FI with proven success in multiple projects delivery
  • At least 15 years of experience in project management, IT or Banking
  • Experience of delivery in Agile methodologies
  • Extensive experience in vendor management and the related skills of budget control, performance analysis and metrics, and contract management
  • In-depth knowledge of the Banking industry in particular e-Banking and Technology
  • Knowledge in Big Data, FinTech and Banking products
  • Knowledge in regulations for Financial Technology and eBanking
  • Accustomed to working closely with senior leaders, including C-suite executives, and external consultants, with the ability to influence and challenge
  • Ability to build relationships, influence and coach across all levels
  • Strong business acumen
