About the role

Reporting to the CEO and leading a sizeable team, you will develop and implement the technology strategy for the business to help achieve rapid growth. Be in charge of the development, design and maintain a high standard of delivery of technology that provide added value to each business units. This role will involve working with the senior management team, to provide sound technical leadership in all aspects of our business. You will help guide the development team to produce ground breaking products that push the norm, revolutionising industries and doing things the rest of the industry thinks is impossible.

The Successful Applican

Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Computer Science or equivalent field;
At least 15 years of experience in the following fields: digital transformation, infrastructure operations, information technology, project and business process management
Highly technical with a foundation preferably in group technology transformation and E-platform strategy
Ability to conceptualize technology vision, enabling innovation and understanding new technology trends that can create business value and reduce overall costs
Strong leadership, communication, presentation, written, verbal and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service orientation
Understanding of technology currently installed across the enterprise
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work across diverse organizations
Good command in Chinese and English
