HOT ROLE - Top-Tier Insurer - Business System Analyst

Responsibilities

* Production support (involved in all parts of production, but mainly on investigating logs)

* Focusing on POS system

* Knowledge of Java is a must for Business System Analyst role

* Detecting logs and leading the investigation when there's a technical issue

* Hands-off position but should expect to participate in hands-on activities such as guiding the team on the coding activities

* Knowledge on application server level, 3rd level support

* Strong technical skills are required

* Experience in delivery or program writing is a PLUS

* Strong communication skill is a PLUS

* Fluency in Cantonese, proficiency in English language

* Finance background is a PLUS

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities

* Robust critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
