HR Admin Officer (Japanese-speaking)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in Japanese staff on their relocation, including but not limited to visa sponsorship, HKID application, accommodation selection.
• Manage monthly payroll and expense re-imbursement for Japanese staff, as well as assisting in their tax-paying documentation
• Coordinate with other HR team members on compensation and benefit (C&B) operation
• Provide service on employment benefit, such as applying subsidies / grant schemes
• Coordinate their off-boarding procedures
• Ensure all personal particulars of the Japanese staff are kept confidential within internal system
• Directly contact with Japanese clients on their enquiries and follow up with a timely manner.

Job Requirements

• University Degree holder, preferably in Business / Finance or Human Resources field
• At least 1-2 years of experience related to C&B, documentation and other administrative duties
• Candidates with understanding on HK Employment Ordinance are highly preferred
• Candidates must possess strong skills in spoken and written Japanese, preferably with JLPT N1 / N2 qualification.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English.
• Customer-oriented mindset and good communication skills.
