Company Description

Our client is one of the top-tier asset management firms. They are looking for a HR Associate to join the team.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities and provide recommendation and market insight to the businesses
  • Manage full C&B cycle in Asia including annual compensation review, market survey, budgeting, reward policies etc. Roll out global HR policies and programs in Asia Pacific region. Ensure the design and development of effective HR programs and policies in line with the global HR strategy
  • Align the regional staff relations and compliance strategy, policies, and programs. Work with local HR on design and development of staff relations and compliance strategies. Liaise with the global HR hub to ensure alignment of the culture and inclusion strategy in Asia. Tailor culture and inclusion policies, programs, and tools to support local office in Asia

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience from financial services industry
  • Degree holder in HR or related discipline
  • Excellent English Communication; fluent in Chinese. Mandarin is a plus
  • Good people's person, can-do attitude, great attention to details, ability to multi-task and result oriented mindset
