HR Business Partner job for a trusted Insurance Institution to drive all their HR projects and initiatives

We are partnering with a world class Insurance Institution and they are currently going through some exciting changes to expand their business. They are looking for a HR Business Partner to join their dynamic team.
Your new role
This position reports into the Head of HR. Your responsibilities will be around aligning business objectives with employees and management and serve as a consultant to the business on HR related matters to deliver value added service to management and employees. This will include conducting meetings with respective business units, analyse trends and metrics with the HR group, maintain and enhance knowledge on legal requirements, provide performance management guidance to line management and provide HR policy guidance and interpretation. In this role, you will also need to identify training needs for the business, assist on employee engagement and work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships to increase productivity and retention.
