Our client is a luxury retail company with strong business presence across APAC. They are currently looking for an energetic and agile HR Leader to lead their regional HR team and provide strategic HR advisory services to the business.
Job duties:
- Develop and implement HR workflow, strategies, and policies that support the company's strategic goals and objectives
- Lead HR team and ensure excellent execution of wide spectrum of HR services including manpower planning, sourcing, performance management and talent development
- Review and develop different compensation & benefits programs to maintain competitiveness and comply with legal requirement
- Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring HR strategies to meet the operational and business objectives
- Implement efficient recruitment strategies proactively to recruit talent, using social media and innovative recruitment platforms to reach the best qualified talent
Job requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in human resources management, or any business discipline, with a minimum of 15 years of HR leadership experience, preferably experience gained from retail industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead a range of strategic projects while maintaining a practical and hands-on approach
- A change agent, resilience and with positive mindset
- Strong interpersonal, communication and project management skills
- Analytical thinking with good numerical sense
- Sound PC skills and Chinese word processing
