HR Generalist - Financial Services

You will be working under the HR Business Partner team, supporting the Senior HR Manager in driving HR services to managers and colleagues including but not limited to: on-boarding , exit management, and all rounded employee life cycle. You will be in charge to assist and manage through the performance management process; employee relations (Looking into PIP, grievances, under performers etc) and talent development programs. You will also work closely with different cross departments and line managers to assist and advise on HR policies, processes and regulations.

Your new role

What you'll need to succeed
To be qualified for this position, you must possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Generalist. Preferably gained from sizeable organisations
  • Handling multiple tasks with complexity and ambiguity
  • Well familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and legislation
  • Approachable, strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication in both written and spoken in Chinese and English
  • Good Proficiency in using MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point
