HR Officer (Fixed Term Contract)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle the Staff background check/on-board/off-board/probation/change title/contract renewal arrangement;
  • Maintain HR records and staff library, ensure the new joiners’ data are timely and accurately input in all relevant data banks;
  • Handle the visa application;
  • Prepare correspondences and notices, HR and administration reports e.g. turnover rate, headcount, new joiners’ analytics etc.
  • Work closely with business departments to ensure good corporate governance practices under HKMA’s supervisory policies.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned

 Requirements:

  • Degree in HR/BA/Management or related disciplines is preferred. 
  • 0-3 years relevant working experience, with Fin-tech or Internet company experience is a plus.
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills and a team player, multi-tasking and detail-oriented.
  • Strong computer skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Good command of written and spoken in both English and Chinese.
  • Immediate available is preferable
