Reporting to the Head of HR, your main tasks are to assist the team including recruitment, new hire onboarding, performance management and benefits/policies, coordinate the Visa process, assist with local payroll and benefits, maintain the candidate tracking system and source/screen candidates and coordinate interviews.
You will also assist with Office Administration responsibilities such as managing office lease, insurance, managing external vendors and service providers, as well as act as the contact for external counterparties, banks and other parties.
To qualify, you must have at least 5 years of HR experience preferably in financial services. You should be a self-starter who’s strong in multitasking, detail-oriented, has great communication and solid organizational skills, and you must be fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese/Mandarin.
