Title : Head of Client Services - International Asset Manager

Location : Hong Kong

About the Role :

Our client, an international asset management firm is looking for a Head of Client Service to lead their client servicing team in APAC.

Responsibilities

• Head up client servicing team in APAC and work closely with relevant team to provide excellent end-to end service for assigned clients. Ensure that all client inquiries and requests are dealt with in a highly effective manner.
• Team management and maintain strong partnerships with designated clients in APAC
• Work closely with sales team, develop and maintain strong understanding of client portfolios and service levels.
• Acting as daily contact point for client and regular client interactions and collaboration with business partners.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience of client service-related role within Asset Management
• Experience of client service to institutional clients and intermediary clients
• Excellent team leading, communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, Cantonese will be an advantage.
