Head of Corporate IT, Fintech

Job Description:

• Leading the development and implementation of IT strategies and policies that align with the organization's business goals.
• Overseeing the deployment, maintenance, and upgrading of hardware, software, and networking systems.
• Ensuring the security and integrity of corporate data and systems and implementing disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Managing a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborating with other departments to identify and implement technology solutions that improve business processes and efficiency.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in corporate IT
• Working with Compliance team to meet regulatory requirement

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
• At least 10 years of experience in information technology
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity threats and risk management, and experience implementing security policies and protocols
• Familiarity with IT governance and regulatory compliance requirements
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Strong leadership and management skills
