Head of Cross Border Business (Banking)

Job responsibilities:
 

• Formulate and execute business strategies and initiatives to grow the cross-border customer base and boost the retail business in Hong Kong
• Explore the potential of the market and generate new ideas to maximize business opportunities.
• Develop tactical business plans to grow segment base, continuously optimize and uplift customer engagement
• Oversee and ensure all works are comply with latest guidelines from regulators in Hong Kong and the Mainland

Requirement:

• Minimum 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years at management level in the banking industry
• University graduate or above in Risk Management, Law, Finance and Accounting or related discipline
• With good people network in China and ability to communicate with Chinese financial entities independently
• Profound knowledge and experience in Business Strategic planning among retail banking
