A leading institution in Hong Kong are seeking a Head of Customer IAM with a specific focus on ForgeRock. This role will be to lead a team and drive strategy for the CIAM roadmap. More junior candidates will be considered for senior manager vacancies within the same team.

Candidates will be required to:

Lead and drive the development of the customer identity platform
Take ownership of all ForgeRock application environment, including full product lifecycle
Drive enhancements to the CIAM platform within ForgeRock environment
Lead a team of technical engineers and manage technical issues when they arise
Own ForgeRock environment, inclusive of all areas across build, design and run
