Head of Enterprise Workflow Systems (A regional bank)
Our client which is a regional bank is looking for a team leader to support its Enterprise Workflow System under its digital banking division.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team to support Consumer Finance Business, Call Center, Credit Approval, as well as workflow related application
- Manage development & deployment projects of new function to fulfill business requirement
- Manage enhancements to support day-to-day operations and compliance needs
- Manage support of application systems in production
- Plan and manage approved resources and budgets
- Update system development status on regular basis
- Assist in annual technology plan preparation
- Handle and support production incident
- Liaise and work closely with business users, Data Centre, Infrastructure Support team, and external vendors for projects, capacity planning and daily support
- Provide on-going supports and improvements for Banking Business, Auditors, compliance and / or regulatory authorities
- Assist in team administration functions under Workflow & Credit Card Application
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related discipline
- Over 10 years relevant experience in banking/finance sector
- Strong background and experience with Consumer Finance Business, Call Center, Credit Approval and Workflow related application is an advantage
- Experience in scalable banking projects on Windows-based and Web-based platform is a preference
- In-depth knowledge and sound practices on project management and SDLC standards and applies them consistently and persistently
- Knowledge in compliance and regulations of banking industry
- Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated, team player, able to work independently and under pressure
- Good command of spoken and written English
