Head of Housekeeping - Logistics and Other Support - Corporate Services - Vice President
This position is responsible for all areas of corporate services including reception, pantry, catering, cleaning, mail room, printing, confidential waste, external storage, CSR reporting, logistic, health and safety, travel, administration, budgeting and lease management.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage day-to-day functions of the team to deliver excellent facilities operations in HKEX office
  • Ensure facilities operations complying with HKEX and local authority health and safety standards
  • Guiding continuous improvement of processes and procedures by managing and guiding subordinates
  • Supervise preparation of department budget and subsequent monitoring
  • Manage and support Occupational Safety and Health matters
  • Communicating with senior management on the operations and management of property services and facilities as required
  • Collaborate in co-operative manner, develop and maintain positive business relationships with customers, vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Review and update policies and procedures to strengthen corporate governance and enhance efficiency
  • Managing performance of vendors and contractors according to Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements
  • Maintaining strong working relationship with key stakeholders and other supporting functions

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years' relevant experience in management
  • Tertiary qualification in facilities management, hospitality or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years' of experience managing a sizeable team of direct reports and outsourced vendors
  • Strong leadership, well organized and excellent stakeholder management
  • Strong sense of ownership, business risk, compliance and efficiency improvement
  • Strong vendor management experience
  • Good interpersonal skills and customer service oriented mindset and ability to deal with different levels of internal and external parties
  • Ability to work independently and drive change
  • Self-starter with positive attitude, a strong sense of accountability and able to perform under pressure
  • Good written, verbal and presentation skills with strong ability to communicate in English
