The Project Delivery in the IT Infrastructure and Operations function takes overall charge of the planning and execution of IT projects. Job Role: The successful candidate will report to the MD, Head Infrastructure and Operations and will be the Project Delivery Manager for the delivery of large scale IT projects (>HKD20M) and provides governance to smaller scale projects (10M ~ 20M) to ensure projects are executed in accordance of the project management framework and are aligned to the company strategic goals. You will work closely with the firm's business leaders, software development and support teams to deliver on the project scope and business outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:
• Business Goals -• Gather, analyze business requirements and transform it into project scope and specifications for execution.
• Align projects to IT mission and company strategic goals
• Tracks project benefits are realized according to plan
• Project Management -
• Manage the complete life cycle of projects from inception, through initiation, design, development, deployment, change management, transition, and migration to post-implementation support.
• Establish and manage project resources, internal or vendors.
• Set up work streams and management teams at different levels.
• Manage project scope, schedule, resources, budget, risks and issues.
• Execute projects professionally with project assurance
• Manage, mitigate and escalate project risks and issues.
• Administer project documentation, standards, guidelines and management reports.
• Collect and analyze user comment for post-implementation reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement to the project delivery and governance process.
• Project Compliance -
• Ensure projects confirm to internal and regulatory controls and governance
• Collaborate with internal risk, security, compliance and audit teams to enhance and assure corporate governance.
• Project Facilitation
• Collaborate with other teams in project reporting and user communications.
• Lead project stakeholders in planning, control, execution, training, tooling, operation, monitoring and support. Job Requirements:
• University degree, preferably in Finance, Business or IT disciplines
• At least 10 years' working experience in Information Technology and related areas
• Proven experiences in large scale,enterprise level IT project and vendor management
• Proficient project management skills (certification such as PMP and ITIL preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal skills; strong relationship management capabilities
• Excellent communication skills with all levels of audiences including executives, strategic business partners, internal staff and external vendors
• Highly motivated and proactive self-starter with strong analytical skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
