Head of Regulatory Compliance - Leading Financial Institution

Responsibilities:

• Leading APAC Regulatory Compliance team
• Act as regulatory advisor to APAC business and control function
• Monitor relevant regulatory changes and development
• Implement related policies and procedures
• Support new business initiatives and ensure related rules and regulation are identified and followed
• Work closely with other compliance function on projects and other compliance related topics

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years’ of experience in regulatory compliance gained in investment banks / regulatory authority
• Familiar with SFC rules and regulation
• Experience in advising various business and control functions
