- Team Lead of Regulatory Reporting - Experienced in Big 4, banking or finance industry - Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Lead a team to prepare the banking returns in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Ensure all reporting requirements are met and carried out in an accurate and a timely manner
- Review projections on regulatory ratios
- Maintain an update to HKMA and CBIRC returns procedures manual
- Take initiative to improve the reporting work process
- Liaise with regulators and auditors related to regulatory reporting issues
- Formulate the approaches and drive the subordinates in performing the user acceptance tests
EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
- University degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline, preferably with a recognised professional accounting qualification
- Minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience in Big 4 audit firms, banking or financial industry with at least 3 years’ supervisory experience
- Solid knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in application software including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua an advantage
