Head of Risk – Leading Fintech

Job Description

• Report directly to management, leading a team being responsible for risk management, maintain the risk framework, monitor and control the risk exposure within company risk appetite
• Review and approve risk assessment on consumber credits 
• Implement the risk methodology and calculation
• Oversight business strategy, related risk policies, new products risk assessment and projects
• Collaborate with management on risk forecasting 

Requirements

• Minimum15 years' relevant experience in consumer finance/ retail banking Risk Management with solid background in credit risk
• A good team player to work with various departments in result delivery
• High proficiency in spoken / written skills in both English and Chinese
• People management skill is highly preferred
