We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales specializing in insurance products to lead our Private Wealth Management division.


  1. Sales Strategy and Leadership:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for insurance products within the private wealth management segment.
  • Set ambitious sales targets and objectives to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Provide strong leadership to the sales team, setting clear expectations, and motivating them to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
  1. Team Management:
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of insurance sales professionals.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and professionalism within the sales team.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support career development plans for team members.
  • Ensure the team is well-equipped with product knowledge, sales techniques, and market trends.
  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Understand clients' insurance needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling insurance products to existing clients and collaborate with relationship managers to maximize sales potential.
  1. Market Research and Business Development:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape in the insurance sector.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging client needs.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to enhance existing insurance offerings and develop new products to meet client demands.
  1. Compliance and Risk Management:
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies in all sales activities.
  • Mitigate risks associated with insurance sales by implementing robust processes and controls.
  • Collaborate with the compliance and risk management teams to ensure adherence to industry best practices.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in insurance sales, preferably within the private wealth management segment.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
  • In-depth knowledge of insurance products, industry regulations, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic mindset with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
  • Relevant certifications in insurance sales or wealth management are a plus.
