Our client is a market leader of Food & Beverages (focus in instant noodles & soft drinks) in Greater China area, and the role is the head of strategy & planning (Team size: 8 ppl) in Hong Kong and Macau.
Working location: TST
- Responsible for the channels (retail outlets, supermarkets etc,) of the food & beverages in the Hong Kong and Macau markets;
- Responsible for all but not only in the strategies of channel, brand, competition strategies, which should be collaborated with the headquarter of Shanghai, in Hong Kong and Macau markets;
- Responsible for the construction and management of the business team, improve the various operating procedures and specifications of the department and other management systems;
- Responsible for formulating sales targets (KPI) for departmental sales managers, improving sales performance, and formulating relevant assessment standards and performance improvement plans;
- Responsible for the department's annual expense budget with business acumen
1. Bachelor degree or above in marketing major, business management or other related majors etc.
2. More than 10 years of relevant experience in related industry
