A Head of Talent Acquisition (Hong Kong-focused) position is now available at our client who is a prominent financial services employer within Hong Kong. As a well-established organisation globally, they are renowned for their focus on being forward thinking & technologically advanced as an organisation. This also extends to their HR and talent acquisition function. This position has become available to lead and transform their recruitment activities.

You will be driving the talent attraction strategy across the organisation within Hong Kong. There will also be a wide range of transformation projects, which includes the implementation of innovative and creative technology solutions to ensure that the talent acquisition function is continually heading towards a strategic centre of excellence. You will utilise your experience in optimising recruiting processes, refining and boosting the employer brand of the company and build strong relationships across the business and the HR function. You will also manage, coach and develop a sizeable recruitment team. For this position, you will report into a respectable Head of HR (Hong Kong) who is approachable, empathetic, dynamic and forward-thinking.

To be successfully considered for this position, you should have a strong track record in managing a talent acquisition function for the past 10-15 years. You will hold demonstrable recruitment project management experiences in utilising forward thinking technology solutions to help transform recruitment processes and process re-engineering. This is a challenging, fast-paced and matrixed environment – it will provide the right candidate with the appropriate levels of challenges to further their knowledge and talent acquisition career.  You will be required to have Chinese language skills. Candidates from technology firms are highly preferred but not essential.
