Our client, a leading Corporate bank, is seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to join their team. As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and reviewing HR policies.
Responsibilities
- Formulate and review HR policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide support for various compliance projects and audit exercises to guarantee the organization's HR practices meet all legal and regulatory standards.
- Stay current with developments in HR-related laws and regulations and make certain that the organization's policies remain up-to-date and compliant.
- Develop strategies and initiatives aimed at enhancing positive employee relations and corporate culture.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resources, with a preference for candidates who have worked within the Banking sector.
- Proficiency in HKMA policies and the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance.
- Exceptional multitasking abilities, resourcefulness, and strong prioritization skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- Demonstrated capability to engage effectively with senior-level stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude, coupled with the capacity to work autonomously.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English (including Mandarin).
