Act as a business partner for daily HR management and related issues
Liaise with various Line Managers and provide professional HR support and advice in the areas of manpower planning, budgeting, talent management, grievance handling and other HR matters
Provide advice / guidance and collaborative support regarding the interpretation and execution of Global Mobility policies and practices
Identify development opportunities for internal staff to sustain the talent pipeline
Participate in HR ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
Degree or above in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
Qualifications on global mobility, taxation, talent management and / or psychometrics will be an advantage
Minimum 2 years' work experience in regional HR, of which 3 years in managerial role
Familiar with Employment Ordinance and relevant regulations in Hong Kong and Mainland China and Southeast Asia
Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English. Fluency in Putonghua is a plus
