IT Business Analyst / IT Project Manager - Post Trade

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of a project or workstream, proactively balancing scope, schedule, budget, risks, outcomes and benefits.
• Work closely with Business Outcome Leads, Technology Leads and Delivery Leads to ensure alignment of initiatives
• Make decisions and lead change initiatives as well as manage stakeholders and senior management relationships.

Skills Required:

• Middle/Back Office Investment Banking experience
• Strong people and project management and/or business analysis skills
• Strong technical, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communicator, able to influence and build consensus across team with excellent command of English and teamwork skills
• Excellent writing skills to produce project documentations e.g. requirement documents, analysis reports, proposals, specifications test plans etc.
