IT Operation Control Professional

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist to oversee the Data Centre daily operation
• Develop, implement and maintain IT Operation related policies, processes and procedures
• Coordinate with different stakeholders to conduct annual IT DR drill (including local and HO systems) and perform Fintech Department BCP related activities
• Facilitate internal or external auditors, compliance and regulatory governance parties on audit / governance programs
• Responsible for Data Center Team related procurement process
• Supervise outsourcing services providers to ensure their services levels and deliverables are meeting the Bank and Regulatory requirements
• Manage projects for IT/Data Center operations efficiency improvements and coordinate with other working teams for project activities

REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years related work experience, preferably gained in banking or financial industry
• Certificate holder of ITIL Foundation or above is preferred
• Knowledge of multiple technical platforms such as Wintel and UNIX environments is preferred
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese, Mandarin and English
• Customer-oriented, strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, organizational skills and project management skills
