IT Regulatory and Governance Analyst

• Using MS POWER BI for generating KPI and business reporting
• Using Python and SQL for report generation
• Prepare steering committee meeting agenda, materials and minutes
• Assist IT APS MGT to produce procedure documents, execute regulator review and sign-off process, communicate procedures to APS group and assist implementation.
• Provide system and process documentation
• Manage governance and regulatory exercises for GM IT APS
• Manage transversal project with different stakeholders
• Handle ad-hoc request when required

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• 3-5 years’ experience in data analysis
• Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills, along with ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Advanced and hands-on experience on Microsoft POWER BI
• Hands-on experience on Python, SQL, Unix
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good writing skills, able to understand and elaborate/re-phrase information received into documentations
• Takes initiative and is results driven
• Be innovative
• Strong decision making and analytical skills
• Ability to manage change and complexity with confidence
• Strong team player
• Willing to learn and take responsibilities
• Familiar with regulatory requirement on electronic trading systems is an advantage
• Business knowledge on regulation and market rules is an advantage
• Fluency in English (verbal/written)
