We are searching for candidate with 8+ years' of experience in IT operations and user support, preferably with experience in financial industry.

We are rooted in Hong Kong with the eyes on the global market, connecting the globe with the most updated financial information and offering the high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and corporations from China with full range of global asset allocation, family wealth inheritance, and other financial services. Noah Holdings (Hong Kong) Limited as part of Noah HK, is regulated by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission with Type 1 (Dealing in Securities), Type 4 (Advising on Securities) and Type 9 (Asset Management) licenses since 4th January, 2012. We are the overseas platform of financial product selection and structuring for the Group. Currently, the offshore financial products offered by Noah HK are categorized into 5 categories: Credit Fund, Secondary Market, Real Estates, Private Equity, and Cash Management. We design and advise suitable investment products for clients based on their needs in the global financial market. We work closely with leading fund managers in order to minimize the concentration risk of client portfolio and assist clients to achieve global asset allocation.

 

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day operations and user support to various levels and department
  • Work with core business units to develop the Company's IT strategy in line with corporate objectives
  • Define and implement systems to effectively manage the firm’s extended product lines and growing assets under management
  • Keep abreast on new developments in information technology and plans for future upgrades and organizational changes. Continually analyze new software and hardware to determine usefulness and compatibility with the existing or new systems
  • Undertake project feasibility studies based on management's requirements and priorities
  • Maintain effective working relationships with oversea offices (e.g. US, Australia, Canada, Singapore, Taiwan) on resources planning and deployment activities
  • To have in place the processes necessary to ensure vendor arrangements deliver to agreed levels of services and cost and to work alongside vendors to explore opportunities to better leverage vendor skills or capabilities
  • Achieve desired results through the use of budgets, proper contracts and efficient decision making
  • Enhance and implement security and risk management

 

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree with major in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field
  • Minimum of 8 years of IT operations management and user support experience within financial institutions and investment companies
  • Strong technical knowledge, ability to handle IT incidents and service outages
  • A demonstrated track record of designing and delivering complex projects
  • Strong in communication and relationship building, organized and excellent problem-solving
  • Excellent time management skills and a proven track record in establishing relationships with stakeholders
  • A good team player, able to collaborate with various levels and department, and ability to work hands-on
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – Mandarin and English
