In-House Recruiter – US Hedge Fund

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain good relationships with financial services industry professionals and stay updated on the market.
• Actively source potential candidates and build potential pipelines
• Work closely with department head and Management on utilizing different recruitment strategy 
• Managing the full recruitment life-cycle
• Managing the candidate tracking system 
• Develop strong relationships with recruitment agencies including fee negotiation and managing vendor performance
• Partner with Compliance internally to manage compliance risks

Requirements

• 3-10 years of relevant experience as a Prime Brokerage or Equity Sales 
• Ability to think strategically and develop long-term business plans that align with company’s strategic vision
• Proven ability to successfully execute against multiple business initiatives with thoughtful and timely results
• A demonstrated history of building and leveraging relationships and a reputation for collaboration
• Strong negotiating skills
• Strong organizational acumen
• Good educational background 
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin
• Commitment to the highest ethical standards
