Our client is a reputable US Hedge Fund with office in HK, they are now looking to hire an internal recruiter to be responsible for the entire APAC Front-Office hiring.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain good relationships with financial services industry professionals and stay updated on the market.
- Actively source potential candidates and build potential pipelines
- Work closely with department head and Management on utilizing different recruitment strategy
- Managing the full recruitment life-cycle
- Managing the candidate tracking system
- Develop strong relationships with recruitment agencies including fee negotiation and managing vendor performance
- Partner with Compliance internally to manage compliance risks
Requirements
- 3-10 years of relevant experience as a Prime Brokerage or Equity Sales
- Ability to think strategically and develop long-term business plans that align with company’s strategic vision
- Proven ability to successfully execute against multiple business initiatives with thoughtful and timely results
- A demonstrated history of building and leveraging relationships and a reputation for collaboration
- Strong negotiating skills
- Strong organizational acumen
- Good educational background
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin
- Commitment to the highest ethical standards
