In-house Lawyer - Disciplinary Matters - HK$60K

Our client is a stable and professional regulatory body. They are seeking a junior lawyer to support the practitioners’ disciplinary cases.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Chief Executive of the Organization, you will be working with another senior lawyer to handle all misconduct complaints and disciplinary cases
• Reviewing and defining the disciplinary rules and regulations
• Answering enquiries from members or media
• Working on the investigation progress
• Preparing the cases reports
• Preparing and attending the disciplinary hearings
• Preparing the legal documents for the dispute cases

Qualifications

• Hong Kong / UK Qualified Lawyer with at least 2 years working experience
• Disciplinary and investigation work experience preferred
• Good command of both Chinese and English is essential
• Good team player with excellent analytical, communication and time management skills required
• Open to Barristers/Solicitors
