Our client is a stable and professional regulatory body. They are seeking a junior lawyer to support the practitioners’ disciplinary cases.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Chief Executive of the Organization, you will be working with another senior lawyer to handle all misconduct complaints and disciplinary cases
- Reviewing and defining the disciplinary rules and regulations
- Answering enquiries from members or media
- Working on the investigation progress
- Preparing the cases reports
- Preparing and attending the disciplinary hearings
- Preparing the legal documents for the dispute cases
Qualifications
- Hong Kong / UK Qualified Lawyer with at least 2 years working experience
- Disciplinary and investigation work experience preferred
- Good command of both Chinese and English is essential
- Good team player with excellent analytical, communication and time management skills required
- Open to Barristers/Solicitors
