Candidates should have experience in the following 

- Strong experience working in incident management (5+ years experience) 

- Excellent communication skills, Chinese speaking skills are highly advantageous 

- Ability to communicate complex technical issues in basic language 

- Prior exposure working on shift rotation

- Able to drive continous process improvement of incident management function
