Position Overview

We're currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Infrastructure Manager with a solid background in networking and IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be a Certified Cisco Network Associate (CCNA), able to manage and optimize our networking solutions and IT infrastructure. This position requires excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain networking and IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networks, and security systems.
• Develop and implement strategies for network architecture and server systems.
• Oversee IT system security by establishing and enforcing policies, and defining and monitoring access.
• Establish and manage disaster recovery procedures and enforce regular backup operations.
• Regularly report network operation status to the senior management.
• Manage and coordinate with IT staff and vendors for problem resolution.
• Develop training materials and procedures, and train users in the proper use of hardware and software.
• Understand complex network and IT system diagrams and specifications.
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
• A valid Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing IT infrastructure in a mid to large-sized organization.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware.
• Strong command of English language (both verbal and written).
