Our client is a trading company from UK and is looking for a young and energetic IS Support to join their team.

Responsibilities:

Provide day to day end user support supporting ongoing firm high-touch efforts (Azure, Intune, Office 365, Mobility, Exchange Online).
Deliver technology training sessions. Epitomize best practices for new and existing hardware and software technology releases.
Support in house trading system, back office sysstem and other ISV systems.
Provide telephone and onsite visits fixing basic network/ computer issues.

Requirements:

2 years+ experience in technical/ trade floor support role
Excellent troubleshooting, technical/ creative problem-solving and analytical ability.
Strong knowledge of end user computing environment
Windows 7/8/10, Red Hat Linux & Microsoft Server 2008/2012/2016.
Basic Cisco Network experience (IP addressing scheme, gateways, routers,
switches etc.).
Fluent written & spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin.
