Our client is one of the top regional Private Equity Firms constantly growing. They are hiring an Institutional Client Support to work alongside Client Directors on relationship management and business development. Someone good at supporting senior sales and experienced in dealing with institutional investors would be ideal.

Institutional Client Support - Regional Tier-1 Private Equity Firm

  • Strategic LP Engagement
    • Set up regular portfolio update calls with identified institutional investors who are strategic to the Firm
    • Arrange calls/ meetings for senior management
    • Prioritize Strategic LPs for roadshow planning
  • Planning and scheduling of interactions with LP base
    • Schedule ad hoc calls/meetings
    • Arrange roadshows
    • Coordinate with content team for meeting materials
  • LP Coverage Support in Active Fundraising Process
    • Support Client Directors in LP engagement (follow up after calls/ meetings, send updates on fund performance and fundraising status, mass mailing to prospects)
    • Pipeline management (assist Client Directors in updating pipeline to reflect latest LP dialogue, prioritizing LP outreach and tracking outstanding follow-ups)
    • Coordinate with the rest of the Project Management team to complete LP due diligence requests in a timely manner
  • Client Servicing
    • Track and complete Client Servicing tasks
    • Follow up directly with LP on certain requests
    • Coordinate with the rest of the Project Management team and other teams to complete Client Servicing tasks
  • CRM Support
    • Log LP call/ meetings notes & contacts
    • Update LP Profiles
    • Prepare ad hoc reports
    • Task tracking
  • LP Events, AGM, external speaking engagements
    • Arrange LP events and AGM (send invites; track attendance; coordinate venue logistics)
    • Coordinate external speaking engagements for senior management at industry conferences or at LPs' request
  • Desktop Research
    • Strategic mapping of key Asian investors by country; identify gaps in coverage
    • Identify new prospects and obtain contact point


  • Bachelor degree
  • 5+ years' relevant client services/ sales support experience from reputable Asset Managers/ Private Equity Firms
  • Well organized and strong at coordinating different parties in a structured and timely manner
  • High fluency in English and another Asian language
