Interior Design Director- Top Developer with Luxury Hotel Projects in UAE

Responsibilities:

1.     Lead and manage the interior design department, ensuring the successful execution of hospitality projects.

2.     Develop and implement innovative design concepts that align with the company's vision and brand standards.

3.     Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project delivery.

4.     Provide strategic direction and mentorship to the design team, fostering creativity and maintaining design excellence.

5.     Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.

6.     Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to address design-related queries and provide timely solutions.

7.     Stay updated with the latest industry trends, materials, and technologies, and apply them to enhance project outcomes.

8.     Oversee the selection and procurement of furnishings, fixtures, and finishes, maintaining high-quality standards within budget constraints.

9.     Prepare and present design proposals, mood boards, and visual presentations to clients and stakeholders.

10.  Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within allocated resources.

11.  Foster strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

12.  Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and standards throughout the design and construction process.

13.  Provide guidance and support in the preparation of tender documents, RFIs, and project specifications.

Requirements:

1.     Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

2.     Minimum 15 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on hospitality projects, luxury hotels, or 5-star hotel developments.

3.     Proven track record of successfully delivering high-profile projects from concept to completion.

4.     Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a design team.

5.     Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.

6.     Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, furnishings, and lighting systems used in luxury hospitality projects.

7.     Strong understanding of local and international building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

8.     Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey design concepts to clients and stakeholders.

9.     Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

10.  Flexibility and willingness to relocate to Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
