Our client is an established asset management firm. They are looking for an Intermediary Sales for their fund distribution.
Job responsibilities
- Develop and foster existing and new client relationships (PB/ Retail distribution)
- Support the development and maintenance of existing mutual fund client relationships
- Maintain, provide input and update the firm’s marketing materials
- Assist in general client queries and oversee client due diligence and coordinate responses across Investment, Compliance, Legal, Operations and IT
- Conduct Know-your-client on existing and potential client relationships
Requirements
- Experience in intermediary business and the onboarding process of new distributors (including product due diligence, interactions with CIO and investment team, sit-in training with relationship managers, etc.)
- Strong academic pedigree, University graduate, with at least 4 year of sales experience in mutual funds
- Excellent communication skills, i.e. native fluency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin (both written and spoken), high proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
- Good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to multi-task and work under stress / strict timelines
- Organised with commercial awareness
- Creative and adaptable
- Good teamwork and sense of duty
